Any time that a Foursquare user is within 200 yards of a participating restaurant, they will be greeted with flag announcing a special offer through the social media application.

Chili’s recently kicked of a new promotion nationwide, that allows users of the software to check-in while at Chili’s and receive an appetizer of chips and house salsa on the house.
